As a woman is about to give birth, the newborn emerges from her womb on its own. Within minutes, it becomes an adult. No one knows what it is or who it is. In Tibet, monks sense the appearance of this being named Kai; a threat looms over the vessel of their deity, Omega. Eager to know what humans are seeking, Kai travels to Tokyo.
